This week has guests Hunter Robinson and Skyler Purcell of Sky and Hobbs Organics. Sky and Hobbs Organics faced a sheriff’s department raid two times in June of 2021 in which their crops and materials were removed under the accusation that the company and the two were growing marijuana. After a year of battling for information and facing felony charges, The Texas Hemp Federation led by Jay Maguire helped by bringing in some fresh legal eyes and attorney’s such as David Sergi. El Paso Police Harass and Detain a Patient for Legal Hemp Flower
On Sunday, March 1, 2020, El Paso Police were called out to an apartment occupied by C.S. due to the “smell of marijuana”.
