Judge issues temp order on Texas smokable hemp ban
Just shortly before noon, Judge Lora Livingston issued a temporary restraining order (TRO) on the Department of State Health Services’ (DSHS) smokable hemp ban in the case of Crown Distributing vs Texas DSHS.
Hemp retailers file suit to stop Texas smokable hemp ban
Several groups have filed a case against the state of Texas. This is taking place just days after Texas DSHS placed a ban on the retail sale of smokable hemp products.
