Jesse Williams is a multidisciplinary leader whose career spans Naval Nuclear Power operations, product and UX design, and veteran advocacy. A Navy veteran and Senior Vice Commander at Disabled American Veterans Chapter 219, Jesse brings a systems-oriented mindset and a deep commitment to community to his work as the Administrative Director on the board, Lead Product Designer and a Data Analyst at Texas Cannabis Collective. He oversees the organization’s design vision, digital infrastructure, and has contributed to the organizations entertainment programming, applying the same precision and purpose that defined his military service to the fight for cannabis reform in Texas.

Outside TxCannaCo, Jesse contributes to Austin’s cultural landscape as a film critic for Hyperreal Film Club and a communications team member at WeLuvVideo, reflecting a career built on the belief that good design, honest advocacy, and strong community are never separate endeavors.
