Smokable hemp ban case to get final hearing by Texas Supreme Court
The Texas Supreme Court is set to hear oral arguments on the smokable hemp ban lawsuit on Tuesday morning at 10 a.m. Texans in the hemp and cannabis space have been waiting since December of 2021 to know when the state’s highest civil court would hold a hearing on the issue.

TX Supreme Court to take up smokable hemp ban case
The Texas Supreme Court has decided to take up the smokable hemp ban case from the decision of a district court that had ruled the Department of State Health Services ban on the product in those forms and manufacture was unconstitutional.
